Better Learning Communities Academy (BLCA) is a high-quality, tuition-free charter school located in the Hyde Park neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. BLCA employs a rigorous curriculum that emphasizes academic excellence and character development. The academy currently serves more than 100 students from kindergarten through third grade.
